August Happenings 📝 💻We have received our highest number of school, camp, and medical authorization forms to date! Dr. J is a bit behind on these forms. If you have submitted a form request, please send the team a new portal message with the due date as she works through reviewing records and signing them all in between patient appointments.
July RecapJuly has been a busy month for our team. Our Interns are finalizing their successful summer internship. They have been working on health literacy, quality improvement, and learning about practice management. Their main quality improvement project has been improving the organization of the patient portal so that it is easier to use. They also are working on documenting this process so that information about portal use and efficiency becomes more accessible to other students around the country! Our Johns Hopkins graduate students completed their practicum project and helped us with formalizing a program that we will be launching this fall. They did a wonderful job. New Behavioral and Developmental Screening Process TutorialWe have launched our new behavioral and developmental screening process for members as well as community members, using validated, easy to use online tools. Our new developmental specialist Cherrye and our summer interns will be helping us to smooth out some of the initial challenges. Have you logged in yet?
